Descriptions & Rates

Our vacation packages are set up to help you design your own getaway according to individual and family preferences.  Packages are for six-nights, Sunday 3pm through Saturday 10am, starting in mid-June for ten weeks through late August.  Shorter stays are possible during some select weeks.

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE

• Six nights lodging with daily housekeeping services and private bath.
• Delicious hearty meals featuring our own natural Heart-J beef and homestyle baking.  Most special diets accommodated.
• Sunday dinner through Saturday breakfast included.
• All evening activities and entertainment.
• Guided nature walk and miles of hiking trails on 3200+ acres.
• Horse program and ranch chores.
• Scheduled catch-and-keep rainbow trout fishing in ponds for kids and beginners, with an attendant to assist with your catch.
• A fly-casting lesson for teens and adults to qualify for catch-and-release fly fishing on river and ponds.  Fly-tying class too, for serious anglers!
• Heated outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis, volleyball, horseshoes and game room with ping pong, foosball and billiards.

Heart-J Rider Package (ages 13 and older) $2195.00 per person
This adult riding package includes all of the above, plus lots of time in the saddle!  Daily group riding instruction; horse care clinic; scenic trail rides, a breakfast ride; participation in the gymkhana (arena games on horseback); and depending on skill level: adventure rides, loping, team penning, cattle roundups and an overnight pack trip.

"The Rancher" Package for Non-Riders (ages 13 and older) $1765.00 per person
This is the adult non-riding package which includes everything listed above.  For folks who prefer more time to fish, hike, swim and just relax!  We do our best to accommodate you occasionally for a Mosey Ride at "a la carte" prices.

Teens: Teens participate in the adult program, but our counselors work with any interested teens to help them organize special happenings throughout the week, including a teens-only trail ride and a round-robin ping-pong tourney. 

"Buckaroo" Youth Package (ages 6 - 12) $1,475.00 per person
Includes all of the above plus participation in our supervised youth program.  A full day of activities with riding instruction and trail rides; plus western adventures such as river tubing, archery, games, farm chores, gymkhana, crafts, nature awareness walks, colt care and other fun at the Kids' Nature Center.  Kids also may enjoy hiking to the overnight camp-out on Eagle Ridge.  Plenty of flexibility allows for family time, too!

"Li'l Cowhand" Children's Package (ages 3 - 5) $955.00 per person
A special program designed for your little ones!  Arena rides, treasure hunts, colt & mare care, and storytelling are just some of the age-appropriate activities for our Li'l Cowhands.   Visits to the Kids' Clubhouse & Nature Center include exploration of ponds, games, arts & crafts and other fun!  Childcare can be made available for nap time and/or evening events at an extra charge.

Rate Considerations: Gratuity is gratefully accepted, and is not included in the package rates; Sales Tax only 3.7%; and 10% discount for return dude guests.  No double discounts.  Private riding lessons are not included in the Heart-J Rider Package, but can be made available if staffing and time permit ($45 per 1-hour lesson).

Reservations & Deposits: To make your reservations, please contact us vie e-mail or call our toll-free number 1-877-667-3999.  We will be happy to hold your space for 1 week while awaiting your deposit along with a signed reservation form. 

Payments & Cancellations: Final payment is due at check-out, but you are welcome to prepay your package rate.  For reservations of less than 20 people, the 30% deposit is refundable (less $50 service charge per person) for cancellations made at least 90 days prior to planned arrival.  Deposits for groups of 20 or more people are not refundable.  We recommend traveler’s insurance to protect your deposit.
