Our bountiful meals feature fresh vegetables and fruits, "from scratch" specialties, hot-out-of-the-oven home-baking and vegetarian selections. Dietary needs can be accommodated with prior notification.  Be sure to ask about our special Colorado menu featuring locally-grown food.
  • SEASONS Celebration dinners and events can be enjoyed at Sylvan Dale year-round. During the ten summer weeks between Father’s Day and late August, times are limited due to the ranch being reserved for summer dude ranch vacation guests.

  • BEVERAGES At your request, we provide wine/beer or full bar service for your event. We feature the best from Colorado wineries and breweries.
