Join us for a modified Cowgirl Roundup experience, involving a heart healing, life changing retreat guided by "horse medicine" - a connected and slowed down approach to listening to horses, nature and ourselves for personal growth and wellness.
October 19th-24th - 5-nights
Whether you’re a seasoned equestrian or a beginner, you’ll gain tools to enhance your riding, learn mindfulness, and embrace the life of a Cowgirl both in and out of the saddle! What’s included:
5-nights lodging and 14 ranch meals
Hiking trails, archery, wagon ride, yoga, optional massage
Daily sessions focused on self-awareness, wisdom, and knowingness
Hands-on workshops and trail rides with seasoned ranch horses
Time to connect with nature, like-minded women, and your authentic self in a supportive environment.
$2,350 per person, plus a 3.7% state tax and a suggested 15% gratuity
Co-facilitated by Ulla Frederiksen, Stephanie Wray, an amazing herd of horses, and the breathtaking land that Sylvan Dale calls home. Let yourself deeply rest in your love of horses and nature in this retreat for women with all levels of horse experience.

…being in nature and connecting in community with the herd - a container will be created for you to explore, feel, express, metabolize, and transform in body, mind, and spirit all held with a trauma-informed lens. An opportunity to listen and witness yourself and others as we experience, share, create, and have some fun and laughter…a perfect reset as we move in to fall.
Stephanie Wray is a Board-Certified Art Therapist/Expressive Arts Therapist who walks with people working through life challenges with the assistance of her herd - Toby & Gypsy at her ranch in Fort Collins, Colorado. She uses all the arts including visual, journaling, movement, equine assisted psychotherapy and EMDR as modalities for clients. Stephanie uses trauma informed practices, narrative therapy, and a person-centered approach as theories to uphold her work.
