On Sunday, March 16th, we are thrilled to be offering one more brunch for the season! Come out to the ranch for an Irish themed breakfast the day before St. Patrick’s Day! We will throw some logs on the fire and make the food from scratch! Special performance by a local Irish Dance Company. See you soon!

BRUNCH DETAILS
11am Seating, 12pm performance
$40 per adult, $15 per youth (ages 7-12), $10 per child (ages 3-6)
plus 3.7% state tax and 15% gratuity

Saint Patrick’s Day Menu:

  • Sliced Corned Beef and Cabbage in a Simmer of Potatoes and Baby Carrots in a Traditional Irish Broth

  • Eggs Benedict Cups, with a Flaky Puff Pastry Cup, Ham and Poached Egg with Hollandaise

  • Irish Cod Fish Cakes and Tarter Sauce

  • Colcannon - Irish Style Potato with Sauteed Buttery Kale

  • Bacon and Sausage

  • Braised Red Cabbage and Sweet Onion

  • Whiskey Porridge with Berries

  • Cucumber Salad

  • Irish Pea Salad & Irish Flag Spinach Salad

  • Guinness Chocolate Cake, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, and Lemon Tarts
