WINTER DINNER SERIES

Get out of the house this winter and come out to Sylvan Dale where we will be hosting events to brighten your season. We will start back up with these popular events in January and will have a few in February too!

On select Fridays, and one Saturday in February, we will be hosting our winter dinner series, featuring a guest speaker, dance instructor, or live music! Spend an evening with an avian or apex predator expert, learn about the backcountry restoration after the Alexander Mountain Fire, or dive into the world of line dancing. 6PM seating, event to follow
$50 per adult, $25 per youth (ages 7-12), $15 per child (ages 3-6)
plus 3.7% state tax & 15% gratuity

CHEF’S CHOICE MENU

Dinners will be full fare – salad, entrée, fresh vegetables, side dish, winter soup, rolls, and dessert. Hot and cold drink station. Wine and beer selection additional, cash bar.

  • Grilled Beef Tenderloin, choice cut, with Sauteed Mushrooms and Shallots in a Red Wine Cream Sauce

  • Baked Halal Chicken, shingle sliced, with a butter herb drizzle OR Baked Salmon in a Lemon Ancho Aioli Sauce

  • Roasted Garlic Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

  • Vegetable Medley

  • Tossed Salad with Ranch and Balsamic dressing and homemade croutons

  • Strawberry Cheesecake Bouche with white chocolate drizzled strawberry OR Lemon Curd and Blackberry Tart (both options gluten and dairy free)
